Chapter I: Choronium

Evolution is a mesmerizing dance of transformation that intricately weaves its way through the vast expanse of the universe. In this cosmic ballet, the unseen forces of evolution weave their threads, constantly shaping and molding the fabric of reality. Most often, its subtle movements go unnoticed, slipping through the cracks of our awareness. We walk the path of life, oblivious to the grand transformations occurring around us, unaware of the profound shifts in the cosmic tapestry. But once in a millennium, the very fabric of our existence is torn asunder, thrusting us headlong into an uncharted era.

It is in a similar cosmic symphony that the saga of "Choronium" was born.

In the year 2063, an infinitesimal fragment of an asteroid became the catalyst for human evolution, an epochal turning point that some would argue brought destruction instead. Amidst the celestial tapestry, a wanderer named MR87, which had dutifully adhered to its predictable orbit, suddenly rebelled against the laws of nature. With a daring disregard for cosmic convention, it embarked on a treacherous trajectory, hurtling towards Earth with unfathomable velocity. Finally, after traversing vast expanses of space, it crashed with a thunderous impact, unceremoniously landing in the heart of Rajasthan, India. Yet, the unsuspecting residents of Bahla, a sleepy town nestled near Jaisalmer, remained oblivious to the monumental significance of the celestial intruder. Little did they fathom that within that unassuming clump of sand lay the seeds of their destiny, ready to reshape their lives in ways unimaginable.

Swiftly, like the gears of a well-oiled machine, government organizations mobilized their forces, driven by an insatiable hunger to unravel the enigma of the asteroid. Eminent scientists, armed with their intellect and boundless curiosity, delved into its mysteries, hoping to unlock the secrets that lay dormant within. They spent all they could on this research be it time or money, as it if was nothing. Their efforts proved futile, each attempt ending in frustration and confusion. A decade passed, marked by relentless research and the squandering of astronomical sums, only to culminate in the bitter realization of a dead-end. With their backs against the proverbial wall, they relinquished the enigmatic relic to the care of an entity capable of harnessing its potential. In order to be redeveloped into a scientific museum, the asteroid found itself leased to the capable hands of ORWELL; a private organization birthed from the fertile mind of Silicon Valley prodigy William Colman Orwell. Its humble origins as Orwell.com, an AI-based platform meant to be encyclopedia on any and everything, had since burgeoned into a multidimensional venture spanning Planetary Research and Nuclear Energy. In a mere span of a decade, ORWELL had ascended to the echelons of global prominence, even securing lucrative energy tenders in countries like India. Such resounding success was inextricably tied to its enigmatic founder, William Orwell, affectionately known as 'OR,' whose meteoric rise had been catalyzed by his audacious act of hacking the very foundations of Meta platforms, leading to their downfall in 2026.

Initially entrusted with the transformation of the crash site into an international space museum, ORWELL harbored clandestine intentions that defied conventional expectations. Veering off the prescribed path, the corporation embarked on a voyage of discovery, peeling back the layers of the celestial visitor with unyielding determination. This marked the genesis of an extraordinary odyssey, one that would soon reverberate through the annals of scientific history. It was in the meticulous depths of their research that the remarkable truth unfurled like a celestial blossom— the asteroid was no ordinary conglomerate of cosmic matter. Rather, it was an assemblage of an extraordinary substance, christened by ORWELL as "Choronium"—a molecular component possessing the unprecedented power to create a fuel, capable of creating a velocity faster than light, a speed more than any known neutrino on the face of the earth could create.

Astounding as this scientific breakthrough was, ORWELL Corporation opted to keep it low-key, casually labeling it as a "significant discovery of an organic fuel." The general public brushed it off, scarcely realizing the magnitude of this revelation. Nonetheless, William Orwell himself took a personal interest in the Bahla project. What had initially been conceived as a real-estate endeavor swiftly morphed into a scientific expedition, venturing into realms previously confined to the pages of science fiction. This became ground zero for the invention of the world's first-time machine, spearheaded by none other than OR's closest confidant and Chief of Science at ORWELL Corporation, Ali Mathews.

Ali, an Indian historian turned scientist, had played a vital role in shaping ORWELL's Planetary Research division and had the distinction of being the second person to successfully set foot on Mars. With this monumental discovery, the stage was set for a chain of events that would irrevocably alter the world as we know it. Little did humanity suspect the profound implications that awaited them.
